Plot summary
Shammi (Arshad Warsi) is a former navy officer who works as a security guard for a cruise ship. Kedar (Jackky Bhagnani) is a Gujarati businessman who wants to go to America but is rejected for a visa. They meet on the cruise ship and become friends. One night, they get drunk and board a lifeboat, which gets detached from the ship and drifts away in a storm. They wake up on a beach in Karachi, Pakistan, where they are mistaken for spies, terrorists, and heroes by various groups. They encounter a series of misadventures involving the Taliban, the CIA, a corrupt politician, an intelligence officer, and a cricket match. They also meet an American journalist named Shazia (Lauren Gottlieb), who helps them escape from their predicaments. Along the way, they discover a nuclear bomb that is set to explode in Gujarat.
